To access the portal, request services, and view journals or invoices, you first need a client-login. If you have received an invitation e-mail, be sure to use the Invitation Code so your new login links to the profile that has already been created for you.

With an Invitation Code: A manager at Creature Comforts Pet Care, LLC may pre-create your profile. You will receive an “Account Invitation” e-mail containing: (a) a link to the New Client Account Registration page and (b) your Invitation Code. Choose a password, enter the code, and your login will attach to the existing profile.
